Hi All,

I have bought a Flat in Supertech Eco Village Phase I. I heard all the rumors and the feedback about the Supertech Construction Quality. With my previous experience with a Fraud Builder BPTP, I have observed, it is very much required to be united and fight against any unfair policies which Builders try to impose time to time. For example, in Emrald Court, Supertech first offered the Club Membership free but later on demanded the price for Club Membership. The buyers have to work on their toes to get it sorted. Some buyers might have already paid the price as well. I would strongly suggest that every buyer in a project should be united so that we can raise our voice as and when required against any unfair builder policies. I have taken an initiative to unite all the members through a Yahoo group. The URL of my groups is

Moderators, please note that I am not here to promote my groups. However, I have seen that if don't form a group, we all may have to face some problems time to time. But if we are united, the information share would be free flowing and we can always stand together against any mishaps or any wrong builder policies.

Whats the point in uniting after buying the units.. if you wanted to unite then you should have done so before buying so that collectively you could have asked for better deal..

Now the damage has been done! the builder has caught you in his ugly trap..!! Anyway all the best for your group!
