Supertech launching New project Renesa in Sec-118 - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi there, has anybody heard abt the new project getting launched by supertech in Sec-118 with the name Supertech Renesa.
Does anyone have floor plans and rates for same??

It seems all builders want to launch their projects in Noida before Noida Extension gets resolved.

But in the next few years the NE will also get constructed. Who will absorb the huge supply?

I just commented on the Builder's Motive though NE projects would take 5 years after construction starts.

having said that, Good society would always command premium However, I have strong reservation that Projects in Noida Extension would be replica of Jaipuria Sunrise, Express garden etc (poor projects) in Indrapuram.

Is Supertech planning a 100 floors tower now? They already have launched 60 and 80 floors.

With the look at below posted map of Sec 118, I am not sure hw many projects this area is gonna accommodate with one more launch by Ajnara already circulating through mails and msgs

Supertech should first try and complete its existing projects...it is a clear cut case of trying to do too much in very little time. Going by there past track record i think they will take atleast 6-8 years to complete supernova and orb. Plus the quality of construction is a big question mark for any supertech project
