so bhoomi pujan ka koi matlab nahi hai.
jab tak ye bana ke handover na kar de tab tak supertech pe to koi bharosa nahi hai

They are not clear on the interest rate. According to them interest rate is not decided yet but saying that we will refund with interest. They are just thinking that buyers are fool and can not do anything. Whatever they will give buyers will have to accept .

Seeking people who have faced same issue with one of the worst builder Supertech.

I called Supertech office and they told me that they are only cancelling those units for which less than 10% payment was made. If you have paid all the amount on time and have builder buyer agreement then there is no need to worry about it. You will get the unit in other supertech project like ecovillage 1 after NCRBP approval.

For the next 2 years the bhoomi poojan pictures will be available for 'construction status'

I assume they must be doing it for buyers whose BBA is not made yet. Cant do it for buyers with BBA

If BBA Means Buyers Agreenment then it has been done. after 10% payment. Agreements was done and accordingly loan was sanstioned but meanwhile Shaberi Village Verdict came and Bank stops the disbursing for all project of Noida Extn.

I Visited Ankur Vihar but the surrounding of that place is not good to leave. In Ankur Vihar development is going on but still it will take long time and this is reason of low price over there. I was also looking there but further changed my plan after getting many negative feedback about this area.
