Supertech is sending Cancelation Letter to its ECO VillageII Noida Extn. buyer - Indian Real Estate Forum

One thing shocked me about SuperTech. Supertech is sending Cancellation Letter to its ECO VillageII Nodia Extn. buyers even after allottment letter has done without any prior information.

Earlier Supertech have sent a message that Your booking is transfered to ECO Vilalge I in specified Flat No -X Tower No - X when shaberi village verdict was happend. There was no demand after that.

When buyers contact at Office then SuperTech Manangement is saying that We don't have any option for ECO VillageI and shaberi village land is already denotified by supreme court. Now you need to go for rebooking else take the money refund.

Senior Members , Please suggest that what Buyer can do at this stage whose money 10% was stuck for a year with Supertech in expectation of getting Flat in Eco Village1 as it was communicated by builder but now they are refusing on this and asking to go for rebokking or money refund.

This is pure cheating.... if builders of NE want to cancel booking of buyers then why they don't do it 1 year before.... now property in every NCR areas has appreciated atleast 25-30% during last 1 year so now what END USER will do after cancellation , where buyers will purchase at same OLD Rate now

File a case against builder in Consumer Court, give court the reference of Print/TV Media that how that Sh** MD of Supertech Tells Lie everywhere.... Builders are just using buyers in their own interest, they have no sympathy with buyers.

Today , I have discussed with Supertech CRM Head on this but he is giving the straight answer that we don't have any option other than cancelation or rebboking. But earlier there was no communication in regards of cancelation bu any of the executive of Supertech. They direcly sent Cancelation letter.

Is there any buyers who are having the same worst experience with Supertech Eco Village II Noida Extn. ?

The area was always in problem. People should be careful enough before buying. Check the documents and survey the area. It is always good to buy near developed areas. When Noida is full of opportunities why go that far.

One of the worst builders you will ever come across, no business ethics. File a case and gather other people who had booked the apartments, get some media coverage etc.
