Underwriters & Credit Note
Some Big Agents say that they r the underwriters and they have underwrite 2-3 towers . What they mean by this & how much extra they get above 5-6 % Discount ?
As these people say that they will give around 5% Discount on psf rates & for this they give by credit Note. Will builders afterwards honour this credit note & how to confirm it?? |
