Hi All,

Does anyone has an idea about the Unitech Grande project in Noida.
I have not heard anything about this project on this forum.

Is it too expensive to buy a 3bhk in Grande?

It will be really helpful if someone could share info such as the prospects of this project, price and due delivery.

The least talked abt project in Noida .. Tipped to be super Luxurious ... Prices Going in Crores..

Hi Bizarein,

Unitech Grande is a super luxury residential units. Starting Unit is around 2200 sq. ft and min. starting price range is 1.5 crores. Layout are good but they are not giving anything like modular kitchen, wardrobe etc. They have different accomodation, plots, apartments etc. Location is very good, right on the expressway and quite near to Sec. 18 market and opposite to Amrapali Sapphire in Sec. 45

Not a brick has been laid on the site.. saw some boundary posters.. its almost adjacent to Lotus Boulevard project huge site and impressive location.. not sure but heard that project was launched at 7K per sft back in 2007 (LOL

). Think it was the epitome of RE hype of that period.. Although the site plan and layout really look impressive.. if delivered..

IF DELIVERED!! I am aware of people who booked in it in 2008 and are running to get their refund.

I thought this project was scrapped until I saw an ad at an insignificant corner of the TOI on Friday.

Well Just for Info, unitech has started the construction of Grande... you can see the gate ready and the golf course under-construction as you drive on the sector road opposite to Grande. Willows is sold out.... they have supposedly also sold out all the 4 Bedrooms for the first phase and only 3 bedrooms are availaible. Infact they have already built almost 5-6 floors in the new towers... Surprisingly the only company marketing it is Brick and Mortar (a Unitech Group Company)
