phase 2 possession would be delayed because of electricity line problem. phase-1 would definitely be given possession first as all labour seems to be working in phase-1 only.

It will be great if u get possession in 2 years. But I would suggest you not to agree on such statements. No one can give project in 2 years.. you have to wait for 3 years minimum to get your house. But be hopeful you are putting money in India's finest builder. Whenever they will give you it will no match to adjoining gaur's and parteek's and amarpali's.

Ya i also found out about the electricity line problem.............and the fact that it will be atleast 3 years while anyone gets possesion in phase 2. Does anyone have any idea about how good is crossings replublik? it seems there are ready to move 2bhks at 30lac which are 1200 sq ft big apartments

At CrossingRepublic, In 30 lac you may try your luck in :
Ajnara genX
Arihant Ambience
Cosmos Golden Heights
Skytech Merion1
Neutech LA Gracia
Panchsheel

But mahagun, Paramount, SuperTech, Golf Greens are >30lacs

But be aware, it seems like all these projects will be affected by foul smell of "Sewage Treatment Plant" which is about 0.5 kms aerial distance away from all of them.

Better avoid Crossing Republic, Unihomes I think, is better option and one get easily good options in fresh booking as well as in resale.
I was offered 26Lac for 2BHK (766 Sq ft) in those tower where structure is ready and would be ready for possession in 1 year. Though I am looking for 1BHK in the same.

Thanks for the advice guys...............I think with my budget around 30-32 lakh its better i try in noida extension only? Would Mahagun Mywoods be a safe bet? Almost certain of booking there if i do not get any better option. 2bhk 1110 sq ft in 27.5 lacs. Please advice

Hi Cookie,

Layout is actually very good considering the size of 766 sq. feet. Deal sounds interesting considering that such options do not exist on Noida expressway. You got this deal from the Company directly or in resale? Approximately how much upfront money would be required? Is the financing available? Phase 1 or Phase 2? How do you compare this with the projects on expressway like Paras Tierra or Logix County/Zest etc?

I am sorry to ask so many questions.

Cost is OK but location-wise worst in NE.

Bhai, I have already posted the salient features of the project above. Praras tierra is a concrete jungle while unihomes just 8 floor tall and has less towers/acre than paras and others.
