"Aapke muh mein ghee shakkar". By the way, going by the reports, YE is not completely ready yet and to make bahenji happy, they could block some interchanges and start in 'YE Lite' version.

Default what will be the impact on Noida real estate prices of UP election

hi guys,
Can people try some forecast on what will be the impact on the Noida real estate prices of the coming UP election ? Say if BSP does not come to power again, how will it impact the price of flats in noida ? Will they remain stable, unaffected, go up or down ?

It seems sensible now to wait for 2-3 months to see the impact of this election before making any purchase decision at this point;

-thanks

If SP comes in power on its own- short term negative for Noida area (2005 experience). If SP comes in power with ConG in govt, positive for Noida (a lot of dev projects have been stalled by Congi's eg Jewar airport, FNG. In addition Ajit Singh would make a pitch for Harit Pradesh (to become CM), nh-24 widening would be expedited due to Meerut connection. Rel Power Plant may also see light of the day. DMIC could also get state support.
Disclosure: I personally don't like SP and Congi's.
