btw thorugh this forum itself and on the maps etc I feel that location of this project is not bad with Logix and Karnam also coming up at the same location .
But what do you thing abt the Price, are quoting around 3100+ PLC Charges . Though it includes free parking and furnished acco including A/c etc . Do you think its a gud price for this area and to what extend one can bargain .

My apologies if the question is very immature but honestly I have no past experience in investing in properties and I am looking for house for self and family so please provide some guidence.

There is no FNG expressway, The project has been scrapped because of some land related diffculties, From Kundli the Eastern peripheral expressway is long term project which is going to Bypass , GZB, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad region and meet Western Peripheral expressway at Palwal.

Actually, FNG Expressway construction has already been started in NOIDA and Ghaziabad. Target completion date was 18 months from Apr 2010. Issue is

a) Haryana Govt. also has to take interest in constructing it from Faridabad side.
b) There has to be bridge that has to be constructed over Yamuna that will connect NOIDA and Neharpar, Faridabad. That bridge has to be fast tracked as it may take 2 years for getting built. Currently, nobody knows who will construct that. May be Central Govt. has to interfere or it can be given to private contractor who may construct it and charge toll.

There is an RTI reply from NHAI which has confirmed he scrapping of FNG in favour EPE, can't paste attachemnts from office, but will do so from home or you can do some seraching on net.

If you are right then Kheri Road, lifeline for Piyush Heights, RPS Savana, Ferrous etc in Farida bad. does not have bright future, it seems


but on noida expressway, work is going on for FNG. went there few days back only. there are signages saying tht "work in progress of flyover for FNG" , Can you please explain ?

Hmm, not sure about it, Maybe NOIDA making a local road, surely a good idea to have local NOIDA peripheral road, but I have sen that RTI answer, will post here later as attachment.

I am looking for investing in property in noida for long time but can't decide really,just by looking this project looks to good to be true. floor plan is really good and also price is ok.please tell me how is this builder i have never heard of him.Anybody going for this project
