Hi

Thankyou for sharing the details but would just like to confirm thatincase FNG does not pass by Victory CrossRoad location 143B, then will it not be worth buying an apartment here.

Infact I plan to live myself with my family here and thus considering this project . Can anyone please advice me if this area will be worth living around 2014 or 2015 with gud connectivity.

By the EMI Babu do you have anyidea which place will the new proposed Eastern Peripheral Expressway pass or cross through and how far is it from earlier proposed FNG road.

Please pardon me but I have no idea of Noida and I am just planning to invest on the knowledge gathered through everyone and web.

regards

Hi,
I think there are some projects around that area in sector 168 across the expressway and in 143, so guess i shouldbe livable maybe in 3-4 years. I think this is not less than 15 Kms from Mahamaya Flyover.
The biggest plus in favour of this location is thatit is right on expressway, so if you have an easy exit and ingress, it maybe worth.
I am not sure why you want to base your location for home on the basis of FNG, all it will lead to is Faridabad or Ghaziabad anyway, which most of service economy people have no business visiting.
Ideally you should be looking at easy coonection to Delhi, Noida or GGN.
If you ask me I would the suggest the Eastern Noida sectors - 7X, 11X which is going ot be a mid income residential hub of Noida and which I like to call as Eastern Enclave or if your budget allows some of the nearer expressway sectors by Jaypee, 3C and other builders.

thanks for the update . Infact I have n particular interest in FNG. Infact I a not in India as of now and will probably return after couple of year when I would like to have accomodation around delhi with not much to do with Faridabad or Gaziabad in Particular. Infact I hear that Metro is expected on this route in Sector 143 B in next 2-3 years and that is something I require .
Yes Noida express Way is an obvious plus . But on the whole I want a clean and quiet place to stay and somewhat I did like the roomplans offered by Victory crossroad . Though I have not much idea abt the buider and I hope my investment is safe . Though 3-4 months project delays etc are tolerable
but want the construction and the surroundings to be good.

Anyhow thankyou so much for your advice and pl do keep updating anything in your knowledge and your experience . Its really helpful

Default Victory Cross Roads.

after a lot of discussions about this project has visited the site of victory on this thursday. Sharing some information of my visit

1) Location: okie in every sense as proposed FNG is next , expressway connectivity with 4 service lane is under construction. one 45 mt road on 2nd entry 24 mt FNG service lane will have the main entrance of the project.

2) Layout: All the flats are 3 side open so they have charged minimum 2 plc. seeing the layout paying those plc is worth. Huge balcony min of 8 ft wide tats also a plus point for this.

3) Builder: as its their 1st residential project so, builder is also making lot of effort to become a brand. this u can see on their site development and ladscaping wat they have done on ground .

4) Sizes: minimum size of 1320 Sq ft. tat is good as u will not get the good crowd in the society. 2 lift in each block and maximum flat is 4 on a floor with 1320 and 1540 sq ft sizes. rest are big sizes n have only 2 flats on a floor.

5) Specifications: all are mentioned tats a good thing and person sitting their confirmed tat they will give it on builder buyer agreement.

Seniors need your opinion on it.....worth buying or not.

Default BBA

BBA is the one of the legal document which have all the details including penaulty clause area etc.... It is very ,much required and always good to ahve from customer prespective... you can atlest use this in court in case naything goes worng and if builder makes any falls commitment....but just make sure whatever he commits to have it in written in BBA....
