Victory Crossroad-Noida & FNG Expressway. - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi all Members
Today I have heard the new residential project "Victory Crossroad" is being launched by the crossing of Noida-Gr Noida Expressway and proposed FNG.
Location looks good and better than sector-168.

here are some details about the project though I am not at all aware of the builder and promoters of this project. Kindly share your info........

Hmmm...interesting. The location is good and better than 143 for sure. However, the same can't be compared to sector 168 as sector 168 is adjacent to an already developed sector and is closer to delhi.
Good thing is all flats are 3BHK + and are G+14/G+19

Sir,

As per location plan This is project located on the 2.5 acre land sale by Sikka Group in sector 143 B . As per plan attached loading of comman area is more in this project same like Logix Blossam. But min available flat is 3 Bedroom so after completion return will be good

Their prices are high if you compare their layout with others even though they are offering fully furnished appts...even in the soft launch stage they are charging 90 rs as lease rent (generally this is included in bsp during soft lunch) and only 2-3% discount have been offered by brokers for their project.....they have completed some commericial project and I also come to know that the promotor of this group is one of the director of mother's pride school...you ahve to pay PLC for almost all the flats as per the site layout and if you look at the unit layout the loading seems to be more than 25%.....

I too considered this project but finally booked in sikka karnam...lets see if that was a right decision or not

FNG proposed is being advertised aggressively in so many projects but I really doubt when its gonna really come up. Proposed since 1999-2000 its really a doubtful proposition. Choice of projects shouldn't be influenced by proposal of FNG.
Even though the location is good as it is on expressway, the builder stills needs to be reliable one in such an oversupplied market.

I think the project is very much there, mud leveling work on the sector 168 side is also done , soon metaling and clove work should start

I believe even if they complete the streach until expressway with both side loop...that would help since that would help ppl to connect to noida expressway atlest...hopefully this can be done with in next 2-3 years..lets hope for the best
