hello guys..

I have a budget of upto a crore..and I am considering buying my first home..Wondering what I shouldgo for..

Should i buy a villa in gurgaon or in Noida..?

or should I buy a plot of land and construct..?

or should i buy a floor in delhi..wud i get one at my budget?

My requirement is being near to a metro station and living in a clean neat residential locality..

do share your recommendations..

This should be your own choice,in terms of both,location and the type of house as well.
In my opinion, Noida is far better place to live then Delhi and Gurgaon.
As far as ,the type is concerned, it purely depends on your requirement, but I personally feel that since you have the budget , go for an independent villa, since you can design it in the way you want
