Question How to sell property in India

Hi,

I am an NRI currently living in US. I own a row house in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. It's registered and has clear title and has no legal issues.

If I have to sell it, how should I go about it ? I am planning a trip to India and would like to explore the option of selling it if the price is right. How long does it usually take to complete the transaction ? What is the procedure ? What kind of precautions should I take ?

Any help/advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
