Hi everybody!

I'm a newcomer to the Indian market. Could you advise me on the following please:

- is it necessary to found an artificial person in order to buy property in India?

- Is RBI the only structure to authorize the investment in property? Or other additional authorizations must be obtained from Federal/local authorities?
