Requirement of hotel
hey guys..
don't u think we should influence these real estate people to set up a hotel close to Bangalore International Airport. as there is lot of requirement and demand aroused by people.. plzz do suggest if we should influence them to build a hotel close to Bangalore International Airport |

Dear friend,
The present time is not ripe for invesment in Hotel in Bangalore. IT firms are facing hardships and are in cost cutting mode and avoiding hotel stay for their employees as also for their customers. Even in the existing hotels, the occupancy ratios are low and the hotels are in rate cutting /free items mode to attract guests. ks2071746 |
