Default Why mess with something thats tried and tested?

I have been doing the rounds of the property market and it seems like people all over seem to think the newer more thinly regulated markets is where the money is.

Dubai promised and promised until it created the tallest man-made structure on the planet, The Burj Dubai. Today, since the real estate bubble has burst, property value is down 60% on paper and over 80% in real value. Same goes for all the so called newer property hotspots. Bad fundamentals make for a bad market.

Markets such as the US, UK and even India have strong fundamentals and thus are bound to bounce back. This correction is part of a larger, more significant trend. Once liquidity returns to the markets, these countries will see a significant rise in demand and value.

Take the UK for example. I have been structuring and selling UK real estate and as everywhere else, property prices have fallen. What most people don't realize is that while apartment property prices have fallen as much as 60%, older built family houses have only lost 10% to 20% in value depending on location. Besides, there are areas in the UK that are experienceing tremendous growth due to excellent infrastructure and govt policies, tax inventives and new industries.

Infact pleaces such as Manchester have experienced an 8%+ increase in property value this year.

What I am trying to convey is that in highly regulated, stable markets there is good value to be found in times of correction and recession. Its easy to buy property when everyone around you is buying it. Its spotting real value before anyone else that seperates one from the herd.

Around last year I developed a 'Turnkey' Property Investment Package based on UK property and began selling it as part of my company's portfolio. Although we're hit by a massive correction in property, all my clients are considerably happy.

Thats cause I picked my high-growth locations carefully, picked the type of underlying asset after alot of research (Old English Family Houses) and then proceeded to develop a cutting edge investment.

Although I am currently looking for resellers in India as well as clients, I would appreciate it if you could browse through the product and give me your thoughts.
