Excessive delays in project as well as refunding - Indian Real Estate Forum

I, booked an apartment in Omaxe Jaipur project 3 years back. Since then I awaited for the launch of project and so far it has not happened. Dec08 , I opted to get refund of my money and after 4 months, I am still awaiting there positive response.

I request readers to suggest me leagal options, one can take in such situation.

Amount stuck with buliders 3.5 lakhs plus interest.

File a case in consumer court for refund alongwith interest
