Hi, Can anyone throw some light on on-going rate of plots in Bahadurgarh Sector 2, 6, 13, 9, 9A? I am planning to buy one plot there for long term investment considering Metro rail will come there in future and go till Rohtak and it's close proximity to Delhi.

I am trying to gather some updates for Bahadurgarh in a single thread but it is not sufficient as per your query as you are looking for rates of all new setors. As far I know for Sector 9 and 9A rates were above 30000 and 27500 respectively. In sector 13 rates were in the range of 16000-17500 per Sq.yard and above. I know thar Sector 6 & 7 have the highest rates but how much need updates. Above rates were based on broker's information so I cannot fully trust on these figures, need further discussion from localite.

Note that these rates were valid when Metro news was not fully confirmed, I don't think the scene is same now pls update the sector wise current rates if available with you later.

Hi - I called couple of property dealers in Bahadurgarh last weekend and have confirmed a rate of Rs 20-25k per sq yard for HUDA plots in Sector 2. For eg: 14 Marla plot rate is somewhere Rs 70-80 lacs premium depending on the individual plot location.

Anyone has anyone fair idea on sector 2 plot rates, I saw 99acres today and some plots are quoting around Rs 35k per sqyd. Look like rates are picking up too fast here...

Any thoughts??
