Default Ghaziabad - Raj Nagar Extn (NH-58)

I am surprised to see no thread on Raj Nagar Extn NH-58. Some reputed builders like Ashiana, Ajnara, Landcraft, Quantum and KDP have flats here.

What are the prospects of this area with respect to real estate. I have booked a 2 BHK 825 Sqft house in KDP Grand Savanna Project 1890 psqft Construction linked plan. Down payment rates are lower (~1650-1700 psqft).

Anyone invested in Raj NAGAR extn ?

avoid raj nagar ext ... invest in sec 1 ,4 GNoida or even crossings

Please don't make sweeping statements without any basis.

Have you even been to both Raj Nagar Ext and GNIDA (Noida Extn ?)

For once, Raj Nagar Extn is buffered from high density Ghaziabad by 3 kms, and adjoining Hindon River greens, which makes it one of the most pollution free residential area in NCR.

Second, RNE already has a lot of units ready to be offered for possession mostly in this year or early next year, which would mean fast pace of infrastructure development.

Third, RNE is still a bit cheaper than NE.

Fourth, there is no problem of dumping grounds near RNE.

Fifth, bridge joining NH24 to Meerut road is under MCG pipe line
