As per recent posts by some members plots are available with some buyback scheme .. You need to check with brokers..

Hi Manu, do you happen to know some broker who is dealing in it. May be the one you bought it from. What would be the rate in buy back scheme?

Anyone else please proivde information for some brokers.

Looks like IREO has launched more plots at 22,750/- and booking is happening on priority nos... Good for earlier investors those who invested around 15 k , company price is 15 lakhs(approx) more then that price for 200 Sq yard plots (notional profit

) .. Feels good..Not bad in 5-6 months

Let us see the resale after this new launch . Heard they had launched 1000 SQY plots also.

So guys things look good. Well I talked to IREO today. They have launched another phase and with all payment down after allotment they are offering Rs 16600 +1000 that involves 20% discount. And similar deal like in previous phase that is an assured return of 40%. They give an option to buy it back after 24 months at a rate of Rs 24650. So how does all that sounds. But aren't the rates too high. Also how is project doing anyways, any information? How long we could keep it before selling?

It is a long term investment so don't expect short term magic..yeah they are offering 2 type of prices one is down payment plan with buyback guarantee which you mentioned and other is CLP at 22,750/- something..

Today I have received a letter with revised payment plan ( Payment plan at the time of booking) from Ireo. Returned the unsigned PBA to Ireo to make the changes in payment plan.
