I just came to know that IERO is planning to launch 500 acre Comm/ Resi. copmlex in Ludhiana. Not much details available at present. Mostly plots rate are 15-17 K PSY. How is Ludhiyan as a Investment?

Ludhiana has seen one of the highest growths in RE, both for commercials & residential, in that region, in the recent times .

Would really depend on where this Ireo property is .

A friend of mine owns a Commercial Complex on the Ferozepur Road & he has really flourished like anything .

divjain, Same project in phase-2, they are about to launch plots. BTW have you invested in this project??

Plot price is 15k PSQ and Plot size is 155 SQY. I am also trying to get more info. on this project. Not much aware of Ludhiana. Trying to study Emerging City and looking for 3-4 small investment in plots.

Guys has anyone invested in the plots the price is around 18,000 including EDC etc.
I think this is a good buy - the sizes start from 155 sq yard to 500 sq yard

Manoja - Do you have an opinion on this ?
