International Airport in Meerut - NOT AGRA!!!

An emergency meeting of company's directors was called by Mr Arora at Supertech's office today morning, and I was also called to attend. Verghese of MCC has also been summoned to Delhi and would reach in evening.

Arora ji informed the directors that he has got the confirmed news that the MSY family is on a war foot level benaami buying spree of the land around Khatauli, north of Meerut and just south of Muzaffarnagar. As Arora ji has an excellent array of influential contacts in that area, the credibility of the news cannot be denied. Also, Arora ji told that the bulk of the Rs 100 crore payment which builders made recently to MSY for the Noida Freehold, is reaching and changing hands in Khatauli only. This, according to him, is very weird development and he has reached a conclusion about what may be cooking.

Arora ji asked everyone what they think may be cooking. He would disclose his observation later.

I was the first to come forward instantly, and said "It is the international airport at Meerut".

Most of the directors gaped in surprise and few objected also. Those who intervened said - how could it be possible? They have just decided on Agra - Mathura area?

Arora ji asked me to explain.

I explained my views. As per my experience, this Akhilesh gang has been playing tricks since beginning they came to the power. Their modus operandi is totally different from the conventional ones, and most of their dealings can be seen as to be inspired from the corporate espionage real time incidences.

This sudden move by Akhilesh to shelve the Jewar airport and start talking about the Agra/Mathura international airport, in fact, can be a "camouflage exercise". Corporate history is replete with such occurances and this is what they don't teach in Harvard - but proactive smart people teach that in IIM! India is moving one step ahead from the US in fraud and misrepresentations!

Things were discussed in length in the meeting. Important points discussed were:

Why Khatauli, and why not the old Partapur site? Because of its advantageous location, can cater to NCR through widening of NH58 as weel as the Punjab Haryana crowd also due to its proximity from Ambala.

Can RRTS project be extended to Khatauli? Yes, and it will be done when the site is finalized.

Arora ji is sending a fact finding mission in the evening to Meerut. Verghese will join us tomorrow to assist in analyzing the correct situation.

Arora ji asked me to post in IREF to find out the views of the shaatir khiladis of RE. He always find the views and information from the ground level most useful.

If Zohaib bhai is reading this post, I request him also to please comment on it. Arora ji also have become a fan of Zohaib bhai, and finds his posts useful as well as amusing to some extent also.

It is no secret - Supertech have a large land bank in and around Meerut.

Meerut is less than 100 kms from IGI. What happens to the 150 km rule?

the old site, Partapur, was 100 km away from IGI.

The new site, Khatauli, is further 50+ km away from Partapur.

That seems to be taking care of it.
