Naveen Jindal Group ( of 'Jindal Steel and power' fame ) is launching Jindal Global city at kundli-sonepat.....plots are available at Rs 9500/sq yds...what to say abt this investment ..?

There is a drain (ganda naala ) near the project, so confirm the exact location of ur plot in relation to that drain and also make sure whether you will be forced to smell that drain to reach your plot/house.
Also Kundli area will develop before the area around the proposed Jindal city.

dear drain is at the last of the city.phase 1 is much much away from that. therewill also be d connectvty from nh 1 . Go see the layout at jindalrealty.com

good news for kundli sonepat belt as now NH 1 is now signal free as they have opened the new stretches and now drive is zippy and u can reach there in 15 min fm bypass

I had booked a 500 sq. yard plot in Parsvnath , Kundli. Till now, the allotment has not been done. Any body knows what is the status on this project?
