Default Prospects of TDI and Parsvanth projects

I also am trying to find out the same.

Any body invested in the TDI and Parsvanth projects near NH 8 across the railways lines.

mr sahni i belong to panipat and i am very happy to see another thread on panipat RE. as i had brought out earlier in other thread that there is not much activity on TDI side and it is likely to remain so till ROB comes up. the action as of now lies in huda sectors and ansal sushant city. the rates in all these places have been firming up steadily for last one year and the uptrend is likely to continue.

It seems that ROB near Parsvnath and TDI City Sector 7-8 of Panipat has been inuagrated by CM Mr. Hooda in July 2011. Any update on that?

What are the plot options available here ( 10 to 12 K psy ) in & around Panipat, along with tentative rates ?

i stand corrected. tdi is offering plots in original booking at panipat in range of 10000 to 12000 psy.
