Default Willl Madurai land price come down

I was reading these forums and it's so informative. There are lots of info on Chennai real estate price level coming down. Would anybody able to shed light on Madurai real estate price, if it will come down. A relative of mine is selling 10 cents neare Madurai - Sattirapatti for 1 cent / rs.45,000. Is it worth buying now with cash. I'm in a dilemma.

thanks
saj

Hi,
I have an Individual home in KK Nagar madurai which iam planning to sell since i am settled in usa. so if you are interested in investing please let me know, Here are the details, http://classifieds.sulekha.com/madur...&bedrooms=4bhk

As far as the realestate prices it still seems to be appreciating and also as per the latest report http://www.business-standard.com/ind...onths/93579/on realestate demand is increasing which is expected to increase the price by 10-15% more in another 6 months and also going forward.

Thanks
Raja

Saj,
If you have not bought it already, I advise you to do so. Investing in tier-ii cities real estate is worth your money. You will have lot of return of investment, since investment in major cities has been saturated.

Try to buy lands near proposed IT park or near AIIMS hospital or Airport.

Hope this advice helps!

As on date, by mid of 2010 and as per oruacre.com, per cent it should cost 3 Lakhs Rupees. You have one ground, which is 5.5 cents. 16.5 Lakhs for the land itself. You can quote more if you have good negotiation skills and go with influential people.

Raja,

Try posting in online real estate helper sites like oruacre.com, which I am guessing it will be helpful for you sell. We are not allowed to post properties in this forum, I believe.

Investing in Madurai is a good idea!
As per oruacre.com, House price in Kudal nagar should be around 25 Lakhs to 45 Lakhs.
