How will you rate Bestech builder in terms of Timely delivery , Qulaity of construction , Delivering amenities in the area ( like club , Gym etc ) as per their promise , Fairness in price ( rates)

i have had good experience with this builder except that he is sometimes ahead of its construction schedule that disturbs the customers payment planning.
Timely delivery - may be before but no question of delays biggest advantage with this group
Qulaity of construction - excellent may be the word
Delivering amenities in the area ( like club , Gym etc ) as per their promise - he is not one that befools rather keeps it as per the brochures.
Fairness in price ( rates)- may be higher side but worth it good builder, timely delivery no risk and well organised and prompt after services what else do we look for it is a recommended group even if costly.
