BPTP coming up in a big way.
Hi freinds,
These days everyone seems to be talking about BPTP. Its a Delhi based Real Estate developer and have got a good portfolioincluding group housing projects, commercials, malls and plots. Based in delhi, its major operations are in Faridabad & Gurgaon with over 1500 acres of landbase. Recently it stunned the biggies like DLF, Unitech etc by bagging the Asias largest land deal of Noida, worth 5006 crores. I think we have a winner here. Can anyone please tell me about its projects. |

BPTP in Big Trouble
BPTP is in big trouble for its Noida land deal. It has requested the Noida Authorities to extend the date for depositing the 2nd installment out of the total Rs 5006 crore. It was earlier banking on PE funds and equity market listing but those backups back fired as markets have corrected in the last 3-4 months. I think big developers like Unitech or DLF will come into the picture and save the face of BPTP by becoming a majority investor in this project located in sector 95, Noida.
