Yes, quite agree to this . Looking at the number of complaints against them, they look to be one of the biggest fraudsters in RE .

Many guys in the Forum have had a bad experience with this builder .

Some people have been objecting to the various complaints from the web & questioning their authenticity ( few sick people, who r here to fulfill their objective to spread misinformation & deceit in order to sell fraudulent Builders/projects ). Now, what do they say about the members of this forum, complaining against this Builder ? I know, they would come up with another story . LOL .

I read somewhere above that Earth was previously AMR but this is not true as AMR is still existing different from Earth. AMR has launched their project as 'Manthan' on Yamuna expressway whereas Earth is building its own projects.

As per my knowledge Earth infra is independent company and nothing relation along with AMR.

you should visit the Earth Infra office and also AMR office. some anti social elements are creating rumor on online community so please be careful.

U could be right . All the end users/ investors in the forum ( look at Noida & GGN part of the forum, there r several threads, which have comments of many forum members, who booked with Earth & have a big list of grievances ) who r screaming that this is a fraud Builder could all be wrong . Also, 100's of complaints on the web, could be a figment of imagination of some anti social elements . LOL .

Very True

This builder in totally fraud.

It doesn't have infact 5.5 acres of their land on which they are not doing the construction also.

They are totally fraud.

How can you say the company is Fraud, when you write at least please understand the meaning .
I find the Website of Earth and also find construction updates as a images and sample flats also, how it will be possible without land they will establish building.
