Hello Sir,


I\\\'ve booked 895 sq ft flat through Unicorn Investment in Earth Towne (Project of Earth Infrastructure) on 29-August-2010 at the 10% booking amount Rs. 165396 and since then I\\\'ve numerous follow up with Unicorn as well as Earth Infrastructure for receipt of 10% booking amount,Allotment letter etc. But in the last end of December I came to know that still they did not booked my flat and make werse circumustances to get my money refund and insisted me that I get my money back and finally I met with Ranjana on 31st and I told her Ok.. that\\\'s fine but now Shalini in Earth told me to get my money back I need to sign on papers (wherein they mentioned due to some personal reason I am not interested to buy a flat in Earth) otherwise they won\\\'t return my money. That builder Earth did fraud with me and has been using my money since August and when I asked them that property rates has been hiked in Noida Exten and who will bear then they told we can just refund your money no any other solution. Please help.

FRAUD BUILDER
I've booked my flats in Earth Towne through UNICORN INVESTMENT SOLUTION but
after booking of my flat when I've asked them to provide my documents receiept,allotment letter they
started make me a fool and giving lots of excuses nobody listen me neither UNICORN nor EARTH....

When customer delay's payment then how much % you will charge?

Then if booking is cancelled because of layout change then why you will not be held liable to pay same % of interest ?

I have suffered after booking a flat in Earth Towne in Noida extn. I booked the unit on 6th floor in B5 tower as per their old layout in June...i followed up with the company for BBA and there was no answer provided by the company. Now in dec i came to know that earth has changed the complete layout and increased the flat area. Also they were demanding next installment of 30% without providing the legal documents i.e. BBA. I have update till march 10 and there was no BBA provided to the customers. I asked them regarding the new unit of mine as per the new layout and they said no unit has been allocated to you. I mailed to Mr. arora about this situation and told him that i have the loan sanction letter but the bank is not disbursing the amount just bcoz there are no legal documents that are provided by Earth Infra...Mr Arora replied and wanted to have the scan copy of the sanction letter. i mailed him the copy on March 23 and till now i have got no replies from him.....

This is sure that the earth infra is cheating their old customer’s just bcoz the prices of that area has increased and they have new customers ready to buy at higher costs. Also, i have the information that those who booked their flats on lower floors are now getting them at higher floors i.e. who booked on 1st floor is getting the unit on 11 floor. Big Cheating with the customers. Not sure if earth completes the project what will be quality of this project. so be aware,

I have already cancelled my unit and got the refund cheque on 11 April after waiting for 1 month and 10 days after submitting the application.

I would say...don’t go with Earth Infra.

Dispute in booking unit rate and demand note
Respected sir/madam,
I have purchased a flat from Earth Infrastructure in Earth Towne, Noida extension. now the demand note raised is much higher than that of my unit rate as per the booking. I am pursuing with the companys customer care unit for the correctiona and getting harassed day by day as no body is able to clarify.
They have already surprised me by changing the project master plan and individual floor plan. Everything is going on in an random way and the accountability is totally confusing.
I want to withdraw from the project and want my money back with interest.

Before it gets too late we all should form an association to get the earth Towne on ground..guys we have to stand against what has been done to us, i have also invested in earth towne and it's completely a fraud. we should come together and should have a serious talk to these people. Changes in layout plans unit sizes, Free added value services are chargeable now, Escalation in prizes, earlier at the time of commencement the Basic sale price was inclusie of all EFC FFC IFMS Club membership, Lease rent, etc...now after the agreement they are going to charge for them. Now if you ask for your money back they will be the most happiest of all as they are going to take hell lot of time to repay you back your money and that also after deductions like withdraw penalty, Agents commissions & etc...They have mentioned in there booking form that's their trick. Now if we withdraw they are going to sell those in new rates for more profits. If you go alone no body would listen you the only thing which can help us is UNITY...

Hi Guys, This may be turning the biggest upset for those individuals who have booked their property in "Earth Towne". Latest News from Earth is that they are sending the allotment letters to those only who have made payments of 40% in DP/30% in CLP / and 20% in FLexi Plan.Earlier it was on 10% of booking amount. 2nd Upset, earlier it was 6 flats in each floor but now only 4 at each floor, so where the other 2 flats owner will be shifted. Be careful guys, now its time to fight back otherwise will lost your initial amount also. I am going to meet their 4 directors on this tomorrow & will update you soon.

Hi Anil, I am completely agree with you on this. Earth Towne is completely fraud company, They are thinking as they are selling vegetables in road side. everytime you visit their office you came to know about new surprises. I along with 4 of my friends have booked flat in Earth towne in the month of May'2010. Now one week back it has been told to us that there is no unit allcated to you untill or unless you will not pay minimum of 30% of the payment. Please spread this news to everyone so that they can get alert on time. I am sure this builder will not going to deliver anything, if 1% it will do, you are going to get third class quality.

Hi Anil, I have been in touch with Earth people for last 5-6 months but they never provide solution. All I have been getting for last many months are shocks only. I had got the home loan approved and asked them to provide BBA but they kepe delaying it. They always give different information. Each employee there has different information and conducts according to his whim & fancy. You are right, they should have given BBA after 10% booking amount as all the builders do. But Earth is totally illogical. I went there thrice but got nothing. They have also increased the size of each unit by 100 sq feet without changing size of room, toilet etc. except providing one extra balcony. If you have more people with you, bring them together. I have 5 people with me.
