Fraud in NX One Project of Sarvottam Group in Greater Noida - Indian Real Estate Forum

Sarvottam Group comes up with there new project name as NX One in Greater Noida and Residential Project name Iconic Tower in Noida at a Shocking Price of 1990 Rs Per Sq Ft and 2990 Rs Per Sq. Ft. Still wonder how can a company offer base price of its project even below what it comes as construction costs. To my best of knowledge, such Commercial Projects have the base construction costs of 2000 Rs per Sq Ft approx. So should i believe that company is offering something even below their construction costs. Which force me to think wrong about that company also the developer is Sarvottam group but they are taking cheques in favour of SP SAI IT Pvt. Ltd. Company, and there construction not started yet and i don't think its going to start in future because their land comes into patwari village still possession of the land has not been given by authority.

दोस्तों........ किसी भी गलतफहमी में न रहें..... ये प्लाट ग्रेटर नोएडा अथॉरिटी ने आवंटित किया है और ये एरिया स्पेशल इकनोमिक जोन में आता है यही कारण है कि सर्वोत्तम ग्रुप सस्ते रेट पर हम सभी को इन्वेस्ट करने का मौका दे रहा है...... आप सभी को पता है कि कोई भी आपके साथ धोखा नहीं कर सकता है, मै तो सर्वोत्तम ग्रुप में पहले भी इन्वेस्ट कर चुका हूँ..... मेरी आप सभी से विनती है कि किसी के बहकावे में ना आयें.....धन्यवाद

Just asking because you have justified the cost of project but if you are dealing with the project as broker or representing Sarvottam Group, check the thread http://www.indianrealestateforum.com...ida-48547.html and also through some light on issues raised here. Its not just rates, but also when project will start, when it will be delivered, Role of SP Sai IT Pvt Ltd as cheque for NX 1 are by this name as mentioned on official website of sarvottam group (I'm not sure if thats Welcome) etc

Brother (Aditya), please just dont mislead because you wish to sell NX One Office Spaces or their Project, just saying Good or Bad is easy, so i dont wish to say it bad, but I checked your no in search and you are posting in classifieds for office spaces, if you want to sell NX One or any Project, just focus on its USP genuinely, maybe you are right am not arguing on that issue but your opinion in itself goes biased because you have to sell this project

sanusingh, It may be rumor but you just joined this forum to post in favor (3 posts all for NX One). I have absolutely no problem but atleast justify your point. Im just concerned because few years back just on a forum miss-representation of one builder actually costed me 11 Lac. struck till date because the project never started. I invested in Garden City, Hapur, even read reviews on forum but found only comments saying good project, must invest, best location, lowest cost etc
