Does anybody has any idea about residential plots launched by Logix Group in the name of Empire Estate on Yamuna Expressway. What is the price and is it a good option from investors perspective? Please advise.

Today (14/05/2012) there is news in Dainink Jagran (Noida edition) that Logix group has returned back its 200 acre plot to Yamuna Expressway Authority along with 5 other builders like Adore Infrasmith, Sun world group, Mega city (Builder?) and Dwarkapati.
What will happen to the investors and end users? Will Logix refund the money?
