Millenium Spire - any credentials? - Indian Real Estate Forum

Millenium Spire group claims to be a Singapore based real estate company. The only project where I heard their name taken up was in Manewar where they joined hands with ILD and launched ILD Spire Greens. Recently Millenium Spire group opened up booking for two properties in Gurgaon - Spire South [ Sector 68] and Spire Central [sector 106].

Anybody has any background information on Millenium Spire group? Are they reliable? Will they deliver? Who is the promoter? How good is their connection with government and other State bodies?

How is is builders. I belive they are new in Gurgaon. Is it advisable to invest in their projects??

Lot of issues with the builder, go to the Spire, South thread .
