i donot know about neemrana. i know about amchee mumbai at neral. i have seen that sight in dec 2008. even i have purchased it at rs 1951
per sq. yard. now it more cheeper than that. while this transaction i have come to know about mr swaraj singh, owner of this company, mr kapoor, retired col. he is some manager at delhi. even about other projects also.

the sight of amchee mumbai is same as they claim. it is very nice sight. there is a prakash jha"s sight of 150acrs. surrounding area is also developing. it is more costly than this sight.

i see a good return in next 10 years. people who can see 10 years ahead must invest.

still u should talk to at least with mr kapoor before taking decision. i have not met him but he seems to be very reliable

The complaint posted on this website seems to be the handiwork of some competitor/ disgruntled person because it is totally devoid of facts. The project under reference is a township project and any project of this magnitude takes 5 to 7 years to develop even by renowned builders and not 18 months, however we would deliver it much before this time period. When this project was launched it was not within the Jaipur Development Authority jurisdiction, the area was included in Jaipur at a later date by Govt of Rajasthan. Ours being an approved project of JDA would give much better appreciation to our clients in future who have been regularly informed of the developments from time to time by the company. The project is coming up for delivery shortly. The complainant should approach the company if he has any grievances and should post comments on website with name if his grievances are not addressed by us.
