Has anyone heard about OSB Group (Gurgaon)?

on their site they claim to have done numerous project but unable to get any reference.

please advise

It is awsome to learn they have a registered office at Gurgaon with no project in North India. All projects are in West or South India. However after talking with a Sales personnel, their identity didn't seem credible. Well, they informed me that very soon a project may come in Gurgaon.

My advice is to go for a credible project, which has a loan from Nationalised Bank.

OSB Group is a bunch of cheaters. Stay away from them. They are selling land which they do not even own! The said Amchee Mumbai project is advertised as a huge 500 acres township, but the reality is that they only own 55 acre of the land and they are giving timelines of 5 to 8 years to give you a developed plot of land... lol.. they must think that we are stupid!

I have invested in the farm house project in OSB group, near neemrana. and I have invested in their project after thorough servey about the project as well as the company. It has very good prospects in the near future.

OSB Group has a project in Goa, Panjim called Meera Residency which is ready for possession. I have purchased a 2 bedroom flat there and am very happy with the quality of work and their professionalism.

Arvind & Amit - could you guys help me out in giving some information about the OSB group. Even I'm stuck up in a plot deal (Neemrana) with them.
