Phinix Multicon and Neelabh Builders have constracted a building in warje named Atul Avenue. I hav purchased by paying Rs.2500/ sqft. It costed me 27 Lac . It was suppose to be handed over the possession in sept 208 but i=they have purposely delayed by 11 months. also they have cancelled the swimming pool to get extra fsi. They alloted the common amenities space to corporation and got extra FSI to make more money.. It is all crip in between PMC and Builder lobby.

more frustration is.. when i we are asking for Society frmation. they have 3 years term to show us.. I don't see the intension to form a society.I can see their interest to keep the rights in their hands even till the end. Hence I am now selling my Flat. and asked the builder for NOC.. You know the hight.. Builder is askign for 50000 in cash that too under the table with no receipt. I really donno how do i pay him.. because I don't earn money in cash. I am self employee with minimum yearly Income.. whatever i earn that comes t my bank accont and ITR..all white transaction..


Not only me.. All the members at atul avenue and other projects built by Phinix Multicon are and will be cheated like this..
