Quality of Amrapali Construction - Indian Real Estate Forum

Owners of Amprapali projects flat, Please can you comment on the construction quality of their projects i.e. walls, leakage, woodwork etc? I visited Amrapali greens in Indirapuram and found the quality to be pathetic.

no responses from any of the members!! This is one of the loud developer these days in noida. Many of the members has invested in amrapali project.

Please share your views on amrapali group's construction qaulity n reputation.

One of my relative is living in Amrapali Vaishali, so I can comment a little bit about the same.

Average construction material inside the flat, could be termed as just okey.
Outer structure is a little below average, I felt plaster falling from small chunks at lots of places.
Biggest issue is their society facilities, the people who supervise the society office appears like gundas to me, no maintenance of park. Some maintenance of small swimming pool they have.
Another biggest issue with Amrapali is that it clubs society with shops. You will find shops instead of outside boundry of the society. That generally sucks, and it always feels that instead of going home you are entering inside a market.

I myself have booked in Amrapali Leisure Valley villas and hopes that atleast now Amrapali should think of quality and not just money making , but with so many projects in hand I am not sure what will happen.
