Sikka Group seems to be doing the following two projects

Sikka Karnam Greens :: Noida 143B

Lot of people have predected in this forum that some of the builders will never deliver their project in Noida.

I am not saying that Sikka will be one of them but chances are good as they do not have any reputation in this business so loss of goodwill will be less.

I think one should choose only reputed builders specially in Noida.

DLF is also one reputed builder who has failed on many occasions. And then there are small developers who have delivered.

I don't think that is the right criteria. One has to also review the background of a builder. The promoters, their standing, other businesses they are into etc.

Sikka karnam --digging has started ...and I hope the project is complete on time....I feel they new into housing but they have delivered well in other sectrs...and feel they will do justice to KARNAM...as the location is perfect and this is time SIKKA can make market and STAND high...if they do welll...

If you want to check reputation of this builder go and visit his first project sikka classic in
kaushambi,Gaziabad and buyers will give u a true picture..............all the best..........pls b ready for a surprise
