Manoja/ Punit/ Others -- Did any of you end up buying a plot in Vipul Ludhiana? I am keen to know of the rates from the company as well as resale rates (with the black component/ premium). Pls let me know. I am basically evaluating this against Ireo and will decide soon

san_sugavana, i did not go for this one, since i had to meet some other financial commitments .
I left my evaluation of this project midway in respect of resale prices & also on black component/ premium, but i understand that this has an much better location than Ireo ( though, have not seen Vipul or Ireo's location personally ) . If u r looking at this, do keep me informed , since an relative is looking to invest here . |

Sankara eye hospital inaugrated in Vipul world
Understand that Sankara Eye hospital has finally been inaugrated in Vipul world. This is the largest eye hospital in Punjab and should be good for the area in general and Vipul world
Has anyone visited recently and give some update on the internal roads, parks development and also the eye hospital. Also, any idea of the latest resale rates, Understand that the builder has again raised the rates to 18-20 k .. |
