Why has Emaar MGF cooled down ?
Lately we have not seen much of action from Emaar MGF stable. They recently have not launched any new projects in either residential or commercial verticals.
Emaar MGF guys are all out selling their existing projects like the "not so hot" Palm Drive on Sohna Road. Is it due to the correction in the market that Emmar MGF is sitting cold in the corner and will come out with projects when it prices pick up OR was the hyper activity witnessed at Emmar MGF just a show for its Initial Public Offering in the equity market. I hope everything is in order internally at Emaar MGF as a lot many people have invested a lot of money in projects like The Palm Springs, MGF Villas, Mohali Developements and others. |
