Hi

I had booked an apartment in Parsvnath Palacia. The construction has stopped since 11/2008 and there is no signs of start as well. In fact the construction has stopped in all of the parsvnath projects.

I visited the Palacia site on 27th Feb 2009. I spoke to the officer there. He said that the construction activity will start after Holi. But I now see that there's no activity till now. He said that construction in all Parsvnath sites at Greater Noida is on hold. They do the construction in an area in batches as the equipments are moved from one area to another. He said the construction was going on at Gurgaon area. I took some pictures of the site. I can pass on the photos to you, who are interested if you give me your email ids. I have booked an apartment in Parsvnath Palacia . There is no sign of construction starting again after it stopped in November last year. The executives are just making us fools and giving false promises . At the moment they are saying it won't be delayed more than 3-4 months but who knows .

please enroll me to parsvnath palacia customers group as I had booked a flat in the same. No news of construction being restarted after it closed in nov 2008.

Update: The insider info on the project is that the project is in limbo. the parsvnath has other higher priorities/projects which they need to attend to first, to generate cash flows..service mounting debts and hope to somehow get back on its feet. The officials can not sincerely committ to anything at this stage. they are not even sure of their ability to provide even a tentative time range for the project...


frankly it is no use pushing them harder on date committments, they are under directives to just come up with any date a few months down the year, just to make you go away in peace for some time!

I have called lot of people in Parsvanth, Site manager, Senior GMs: Not appropriate to take their names in public forum. They all have no clue when it will start as they do not have cash. simple.

I propose the following steps

Step1: Write a mail to him. I will write it.
Please send your mail IDs to me at vikaschadha16gmail.com.
Can someone arrange his mail ID? I'll also try to obtain it.

Step2: If we do not get any reply, a selective group should go and meet him or other senior officials. We can go on a Saturday. I volunteer to join. Others in Delhi can chip in

Step3: We discuss other actions; approaching for help

The objective is Parsvnath and other builders are being choosy about the projects which they are which they are developing at present as they have little bit cash. Palacia is a small project and does not demand that high cash from their side (could still be substantial considering they have not paid salaries for past so many months). See if somehow they can start construction asap or refund our money.

These are not times when we can lie still. DLF has recently deployed extra resources for it Greens project in gurgaon-manesar after 100 odd property owners demonstrated outside their head office.

I totally support this idea and request you to take the lead. Its now or never. We need to form a pressure group. This is the best way to progress in the current situation. Let's get into action at the earliest possible....
