Any update on construction site for parsvanath Palacia.

No construction is going on.
I have been in touch with Mr Gupta at corporate office and Vinay at the site, both of them keep on giving assurances but nothing actually is happening.

Friends,

I too have a property at Parsvnath Palacia. There has been absolutely NO construction progress at the site for the last one year. We need to create a yahoo group forum and start figuring a LEGAL course of action.
I believe that the builder had used our money to buy more land around the area and now they are struck.

I agree with Mr. Malhotra to form a group and start putting pressure on parsvnath management. There already exists parsvnathpalaciayahoogroup and request all the buyers to join that group. The members are already communicating with each other regarding the matter.

Sorry guys despite taking the initiative, I have not been able to draw any concrete plans of approaching Parsvnath. I have been extremely busy on personal front and I don't see any spare capacity going forward.

The fact remains that the construction has still not started and noone has a clue as to when it will resume. I have been off an on talking to various people in Parsvnath but getting back only false commiitments; nothing concrete.

Can someone else take the lead in doing so and I'll chip in when we go and meet them?
