Any construction update on Parsvnath palacia, greater noida - Page 4 - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi all
I have booked a flat in Parsvnath Palacia but you all know the status of construction and the company, nothing has moved forward since november 2008. Some of you guys have really done well to keep the momentum going..but thats not proving to be enough.Reason being, we are scattered, once we join hands things will be different...but how. Today there is a seminar in delhi on the problems faced by NRI which will be attended by govt officials, developers,organised by ministry of overseas affairs. So I request all NRI buyers to address their grievances in writing to Secretary, Ministry of overseas affairs and copy that letter to the developer. We can't give up as it is our hard earned money and parsvnath people can't fool us for long. This forum has at least provided a means to vent our frustrations !! I have been reading some of the replies on the FORUMS and it appears to me that we all are after getting any outputs from parsvnath developers that could be beneficial for all of us.

I have created a new group on Google by name of Parsvnath privilege any body having property in the Parsvnath privilege is most welcome to join it.

Or if there is already a group. Please let me know.

Guys,

There is a meeting/ Dharna called some a group of people who are troubled becuase of Parsvnath.

Is is on Feb 6th at their CP Office, Delhi at 2pm.

I will be there. Please be present to vent out your furstation on the thief builder.

Hi Guys,
I hold an apartment in palacia, now i am planning to file a court case against builder as their web site mentioned to pay a penalty in case possession not given within 3 years. either they should refund and pay a per month penalty. If you are interested send me mail at sanjivdhimanyahoo.com
