Please let me know the current construction status of Parsvnath Palacia in Greater Noida. Is this project within schedule? When is this project getting completed?

it was stopped due to finance problem, company has done refunding but the construction has not yet started.
it is being told by the company that the possesion will be done by dec 2010 but no one knows what will happen.

presently the construction is stopped.

the project is stalled at the moment, the on-site staff has been removed as well.. informal talks revealed that the project might see a further delay of 2 years at least...

It is high time now. We should start exerting collective pressure on Parsvnath now. I totally agree with Kingoftimes. There is a parsvnathpalacia owners group on Yahoo. Could you all please join that forum as well, so that we could be in touch with each other. I have written to my HDFC bank from where I have secured the loan for the property and has asked them to speak to the developers. I think , we all should give a request in writing to the respective banks to persue as well on our behalf, they just can't sit and deduct interests, they also have some responsibility towards consumer satisfaction. The more we start raising our voice , the better it would be. So lets join hands now!!

There is a meeting/ Dharna called some a group of people who are troubled becuase of Parsvnath.

Is is on Feb 6th at their CP Office, Delhi at 2pm.

I will be there. Please be present to vent out your furstation on the thief builder.

I bought a flat in Parsvnath palacia in 2008 January on a down payment basis and as I see the status now (Dec 2011), there is no progress and looks like all my money has gone into the pocket of the Jain brothers. I am seeking help here to please let me know what should be my action to get the money back.
