In the competitive bid involving 20 developers, Parsvnath was the highest bidder.Parsvnath tendered a bid amount of Rs 52.51 crore.

Parsvnath group will develop a modern City Centre at Ranchi after the developer outbid 20 other firms to win the Rs 400 crore project.The city centre at Jharkhand's capital had a tentative project value of around Rs 400 crore.

RMC earmarked about 8.3 acres of high-end commercial land available within the city on the Kacheri Road of Ranchi town on a 90-year lease.
