Parsvnath to launch Prideasia at Chandigarh
Parsavnath Developers has joined hands with Chandigarh housing board to launch Prideasia, a 123 acre project in Chandiagrah. The location of the project is near Sukhna Lake, Golf Course. This project offers residential area of 38.5 lakh sq. ft & commercial area of 2.7 lakh sq. ft. It would also offer air conditioned one to five bedroom apartments within the price range of Rs 52 lakh to 3.8 crores; while the villas with an area of 8,660 sq ft will cost around the range between Rs 6 crores. Also there would be serviced apartments. This project would be ready for occupants till 2010. Allotments for the first phase are open till September 21.
