Default Stay invested in Parsvnath Developers

Parsvnath Developers is into holding a very large chunk of land, they have about 110 million sq ft sellable land area, the marketcap of the company is just Rs 6,000 crore, they are into development of commercial complexes, residential integrated townships, hotels, SEZs, IT parks, they are into everything and their large presence is more into the northern region.

Two days back also they have bought the property from DDA (Delhi Development Authority). They are actively mopping up the land in all parts of the country."If you really want to remain invested in property stocks, take a little long-term call because the short-term aberrations will not going to disturb the valuation.

"My advise is that those who have been holding stock should remain invested and those who have not having invested in the past can go at these levels for a reasonably good return in the times to come."
