Has any one heard about this Company, viz., Hindustan Buildwell (P) Ltd., and its proposed project near Mumbai-Nasik Highway?? The promotors of this Company is Mr. Ajay Chabra and Rajni Chabra. Though the proposed Project is near Mumbai, the Company has no office in Mumbai and is situated in Delhi. They also have no Branches anywhere. Some Agents work for them in New Delhi/Noida. Their website creates more doubt on their projects and activities. Can anyone throw light on this.

Hi, Thank your for your mail in reply. Is Hindustan Buildwell (P) Ltd., is a ficititious company or real one. Have they done any project anywhere in India. Has anyone any details about the background of the people involved in it???

Their website shows everything they mention is false and fictitious. Is the land below the railway track is agricultural one or approved. The so-called project "New York City" seemed to be a gimmick. Can anyone give details about it.

they are doing some development, now they have obtained the approvael of district township planner, mah. for their project but the land is still not in their name. you can check theirwebsite for approval after 2-3 days... reply me for more update....
