i need some info on 10 elite pimple gurav projects a joint venture of chandrarang &builders and kadam-jagtap associates

Location - pimple gurav

Rate - 3200 Rs / Sqft

I have few doubts

Whether above is the good rate in that area? or what is a good rate?

What is the reputation of builder? will there be time overrun?

Can someone Please provide valuable comments
