was quoted 3000 psf on paper for Rajaveer on 5th june ..2850/- psf when asked for negotiated price....
not sure whether Lakshadeep is better than Rajaveer but yes you would get more options and availability .....possession though was told to be in Aug-Sept 2010. |

i was quoted 3000/- for rajaveer on paper and 2850/- when asked for a negotiated price. these rates were given on on 5th June. Rajaveer since there is less availability there will be less choices and almost no negoitiations . Lakshadeep ..we may get choices..and negotiate on the price ..but the completion date is aug-sep 2010...

Hi friends i would like to join ur grp for searching flat in pimpale saudagar and wakad area.
Currently i like one scheme at wakad name Kesar by sonigara builder, he is quoting 2375 now but does any one else got less price from this builder and hv any one visited this site?? regards ![]() abhijeet |

If I am not wrong he offered 2000-2100 psqft rate under group booking for Infosys employees. but the required number of bookings did not happen. I do not know what was the negotiated price for those who had booked under that group booking offer.

folks wht the opinion on GK's RoseValley & Roseland Rythm...what should be rate that one should negotiate for..?
has anyone got the latest quote on rate..? |

1.i ve been a member of the forum n read your valuable comments. 2. i m also interested to buy a flat in pune. 3. please lemme know more. i m inthe army and planning to visit pune in the first week of july. 4. me and my colleague in the same field are luking for a fair deal for a flat that can be rented , 5. please suggest locations and builders and would be glad if yopu are willing to join us , so nthat we could negotiate with the builders. |

thanks nilesh for your comment , regarding kesar finallly he is offering around 2350 ,other schemes adjecent to it have much more rates , do yoy think 2350 will be best buy......
