The builder is bankrupt & the current status is that just plinth level has been complete. I don't know whether he has received the permission to build above 20 floors as well.

* These are raw flats, no flooring, no paint, nothing.

My take:- Avoid this project at all costs.

It is now owned by Dhariwal of Manikchand Group. Name remains the same, owner changes. Lallu Jain has started KUL though.

Btw, this project is surrounded by slums. Not worth the price:- Another factor.

LOL. Thats funny.

So is Lalit Jain still at the helm of Kumar? Shocking to see Pune' leading builder going kaput.

So Kumar Properties is now Manikchand group and Kumar Builders?

btw - I saw this new structure coming up on the hill of Baner Pashan (on the right of Regeant mall)

Lallu Jain has floated a new co.:- KUL. Kumar properties already had stake of manikchand, it was there even in their project malabar hills. Now kumar builders too has been bought by gutkha king.

One chor bought out another.

when launched last year, the quoted rate was 4500 which looked decent for the area. So went with a calculation of 1000 sq ft = 45lacs + 5 lacs for sundries. Got a shock when they said 65 lacs for 2 BHK and 85 for 2& 1/2. Thats because 4500 is basic rate without plaster, tiles, fittings. 4 lac for parking, costlier than our depreciated small cars :-(.

And bang at the junction, so would be polluted even at 20th floor and dont want to step out into maddening traffic

What are the current rates going on here? No progress since long, what is the current status and how is the builder going to accomodate slum rehab? I think he must be quite sane to differentiate these two projects.
Any Info might be useful.
